Congratulations to Jorja Weishalla and Gavin Brown!

We are thrilled to announce that Jorja Weishalla and Gavin Brown are the 2024-25 Triple A Award winners for Bertha-Hewitt School!

The Triple A Award recognizes high school seniors who excel in the Arts, Athletics, and Academics. Jorja and Gavin have demonstrated outstanding dedication, talent, and achievement in all three areas, making them exemplary representatives of our school.

Next steps in the process: Jorja and Gavin will now advance to the regional level of the competition, where they will compete for the chance to represent our region at the state level. Let's wish them the best of luck as they continue their journey!

Congratulations once again, Jorja and Gavin! We are incredibly proud of you and all that you have accomplished.

Bertha-Hewitt's ECFE classes are every Tuesday during the school year from 4:00-5:30pm and 6:00-7:30pm at the Early Childhood Center, enter Door 10.

Open to families along with their children ages 0 to 5. ECFE is a free program provided by Bertha-Hewitt in collaboration with Freshwater Education District. Sibling care provided for ages 5-12 (school age) so parents can bring preschoolers.

Families can register and attend at anytime.

The Bertha-Hewitt School's Targeted Services program is designed to help students catch up and stay on track in school, providing a supportive environment for improving reading and basic math skills.

  • Grades 4-6: Targeted Services begins on November 12th and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm. Registration is required.

  • Grades K-3: Targeted Services starts on November 12th, meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm. Registration is required.
