Bear Bites


Bertha-Hewitt's ECFE classes are every Tuesday during the school year from 4:00-5:30pm and 6:00-7:30pm at the Early Childhood Center, enter Door 10.
Open to families along with their children ages 0 to 5. ECFE is a free program provided by Bertha-Hewitt in collaboration with Freshwater Education District. Sibling care provided for ages 5-12 (school age) so parents can bring preschoolers.

Families can register and attend at anytime.

The Bertha-Hewitt School's Targeted Services program is designed to help students catch up and stay on track in school, providing a supportive environment for improving reading and basic math skills.

Grades 4-6: Targeted Services will begin in the fall and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm. Registration is required.

Grades K-3: Targeted Services will begin in the fall and will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm. Registration is required.
