Schedule Update: Elementary Track & Field Day

With poor weather conditions in the forecast for Friday, we’re making the call to reschedule Elementary Track & Field Day to Monday, May 19th.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and look forward to a great day of fun and competition under better conditions!

The action kicks off at 11:30 AM, but the celebration starts even earlier with a special invitation for family members to join students for lunch in the cafeteria before the events begin.
 

Lunch Times by Grade:

*This is an early lunch schedule to allow time for Track & Field Day

Kinder: 10:35

1st: 10:40

2nd: 10:45

3rd: 10:50

Pre-K: 10:55

4th: 11:00

5th: 11:05

6th: 11:10
 

Important Reminder: Lunch service ends promptly at 12:00 PM to allow staff to clean up and wrap up their day on time.

We can’t wait to see everyone cheering on our young athletes! Bring your energy and join us for this exciting event.

Bertha-Hewitt's ECFE classes are every Tuesday during the school year from 4:00-5:30pm and 6:00-7:30pm at the Early Childhood Center, enter Door 10.

Open to families along with their children ages 0 to 5. ECFE is a free program provided by Bertha-Hewitt in collaboration with Freshwater Education District. Sibling care provided for ages 5-12 (school age) so parents can bring preschoolers.

Families can register and attend at anytime.

The Bertha-Hewitt School's Targeted Services program is designed to help students catch up and stay on track in school, providing a supportive environment for improving reading and basic math skills.

  • Grades 4-6: Targeted Services begins on November 12th and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm. Registration is required.

  • Grades K-3: Targeted Services starts on November 12th, meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm. Registration is required.
